Food and Beverage Manager required busy 4* Hotel Co offaly, this high profile property is recruiting experienced senior Manager to lead the team in delivering service excellent and standards in all F&B Outlets and banquets / Events. Proven ability to lead the team, to work under pressure and meet service standards. Experience in busy 4* Hotel as overall Manager in charge of F&B Operations. Busy beverage and food outlet with premium banqueting and Event facilities. Minimum 3 years experience in a management leadership role, preferably with a busy luxury property with extensive banqueting and Events trade. Progressive career experience in similar style, quality, volume business. Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills, positive attitude, patient and flexible.
