I'm currently recruiting for Clerical Officers to join the Healthcare Sector in Tullamore, Co. Offaly. THE ROLE: Clerical and administration duties. Process patient information / charts. Process Intake and Discharge Forms. Organise, Update, and File Medical Records. Coordinating patient assignments with nurses and doctors. Answer Non-medical Patient Questions. Prepare medical invoices and bills. Process / Upload staff timesheets. REQUIREMENTS: Previous Clerical /Ward Clerk experience is desirable. Previous administration experience is required. Good data entry and eye for detail skills. Good organisational and diary management skills. Knowledge of the medical field. Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point.
