Finance Manager- The Midlands






Role Purpose. Responsible for the day to day financial operations and management of a busy transactions team. Responsibilities: Assist with the management of the day to day operations, within the Transactions function. Authorising of Invoices, Credit Notes, Credit Cards & Direct Debits. Compliance with Prompt Payment Rules. Financial and Management Reporting as required. Manage day to day financial function of the Unit. Delivery of all financial functions in a timely manner in line with appropriate policies and regulations. Preparation of monthly financial information including account. People Management. Determine, develop and deliver training as appropriate to the team. Performance Management. Ensure that all staff adhere to regulations and procedures. Allocate work, develop staff and ensure effective relationships in a team working context. Requirements: 4 years + experience in a similar position, managing transaction processing teams ideally from a Multinational Organisation. Strong people management experience. Proficient in MS packages. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
