We are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller with SME collection experience for our client based in Tullamore, Co. Offaly. THE ROLE: This person will be responsible for collection of the debts of existing account customers. The Credit Controller is a critical role and is ultimately responsible for managing all money owed to the business from SME enterprises. The role is heavily involved in SME collections. This is a full time position to cover a maternity leave. Resolve all issues raised internally and externally around outstanding invoices. Maintain up to date and accurate client correspondence/contact activity on CRM. Provide accounts information to internal departments. Ability to interpret and reconcile accounts. Open customer queries to correct department and ensure all queries are followed up. REQUIREMENTS: Experience of working in a lending and / or banking - financial institution. Experience in SME collections. Evidence of building and maintaining relationships with customers in a challenging and fast paced environment. An ability to work on own initiative and interact as part of a highly motivated team. An ability to prioritise and plan to effectively achieve goals and to be dependable in consistently delivering reliable results. Ability to work on own initiative, as well as a strong team player.
