We are recruiting for a Accounts Administrator for a role based in Co Offaly. This is a full time , permanent position. Responsibilities: Work with the finance team engaging to help to drive the business forward. Ensure all purchases and other accounting information are entered timely, accurately and efficiently. Ensure strong controls in place in the purchasing function through all steps from Ordering to Payment. Prepare small company accounts. Bank lodgements. Daily cash reconciliations. Charging customers. Bank reconciliations. ROS & Payroll etC. Experience. Business Diploma / Degree or IATI Qualification. Excellent IT Skills (Microsoft Office , Excel.
