I'm currently recruiting for a Part Time Receptionist on behalf of our client based in Tullamore, Co. Offaly. Duties: Responsible for answering the main switchboard. The hours are worked over a 7 day period Monday - Sunday and would include some 12 hour shifts. Minimum of 15 hours per week. Meet and Greet of customers / visitors / members of the public. Directing people to the right department / floor. Answering queries. Requirements: Good communication skills both spoken and over the phone. Previous experience working on a busy switchboard. Have a polite and positive manner. Good IT skills and general administration skills.
