Electronic Technicianwith 3 years PCB debug experiencerequired for permanent role in Co. Offaly. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Electronic Technician will be responsible for: Debug, repair and hardware test/validation. Debugging, testing and repairing boards using established test procedures and troubleshooting to component level. Technical support to engineering, including such activities as: implementing ECO's, jig/fixture fabrication, Electro-mechanical system maintenance, and using specialised test equipment. Perform operational test and fault isolation on systems and equipment. Repair of RMA’s and associated reporting documentation with an emphasis on identification of failure trends. Uphold the quality of the product and carefully document any deviations from the norm. Requirements: Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Electronics. 3 years' experience in PCB debug. Excellent troubleshooting and s oldering/de-soldering skills - including the ability to solder PCB fine pitch components. Strong understanding of microprocessor, digital and analog circuitry. Working knowledge of basic test equipment such as multi-meter and digital/analog oscilloscopes. Excellent customer service and communication skills both written and verbal. Strong problem solving skills. Candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland.
