Mechanical NPI Project Engineer. * A key role to support the company on a site critical project on product transfer s from product development to manufacturing with full validation of processes. * Work with team on product transfer s from product development to manufacturing . * Improve design s through project s. Provide technical expertise, guidance & supervision during project phases. * Ensure delivery of all project s on time & on budget. Continuously improve the manufacturing & test process es through a continuous improvement program. * Review &/or develop & execute facility, process & equipment validation s & risk management summaries. * Review change controls for validation impact. * Use knowledge of statistics to assist with validation developments & process improvements. * Support Engineering & Manufacturing teams & lead investigations as required. * Liaising with suppliers for precision test fixture fabrication & modifications. * Responsible for regulatory testing, data analysis, & report generation. * Assisting on CAPA investigations. * Design & development using CAD techniques & modelling & prototype building. Qualifications: * Hons Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline. * Qualification in Project Management is desirable. * Working knowledge of materials (plastics, metals, etc. * 2-3 years in a similar position. * Familiar with electronic & electro-mechanical systems manufacturing . * Familiarity with the requirements of validating product & process es. * Exposure to ISO-9000 &/or ISO-13485 series. * Working knowledge of statistical analysis. * Equipment & Process Validation experience desirable. * Excellent communication & skills - written, oral & pc.
